Responsible Recruitment Policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

1. Our Commitment

EuroHire Bridge is committed to responsible, transparent and lawful international recruitment.

We aim to connect European employers with suitable international candidates through processes that respect the rights and interests of both employers and workers.

Our recruitment activities are guided by applicable laws, ethical recruitment principles and transparent communication.

2. Fair Recruitment

We aim to provide fair consideration to candidates based on relevant qualifications, skills, professional experience and employer requirements.

Recruitment decisions should be based on legitimate job-related criteria and comply with applicable equal-treatment legislation.

We do not support discriminatory recruitment practices.

3. Candidate Registration

Candidates may register their interest in potential employment opportunities through our website.

Registration allows us to receive information about candidates’ backgrounds, skills and work preferences.

Registration does not guarantee selection for any particular vacancy.

Candidates are expected to provide truthful and accurate information.

We may request additional information where relevant to a specific recruitment process.

4. Recruitment Fees

EuroHire Bridge does not charge candidates for job placement or registration.

We do not require candidates to purchase employment opportunities or pay a fee in exchange for a guaranteed job offer.

Any commercial arrangements with employers are agreed separately.

Candidates should report any individual claiming to represent EuroHire Bridge who demands unauthorized recruitment payments.

5. Employer Verification

Before progressing with an employer-specific recruitment arrangement, we aim to establish the employer’s identity and review relevant information concerning the proposed employment.

This may include:

  • Company identity and registration information
  • Business contact details
  • Job responsibilities
  • Proposed employment conditions
  • Employment location
  • Relevant recruitment and authorization requirements

We may decline to proceed where significant concerns cannot be resolved.

6. Candidate Screening

Candidate screening may consider relevant factors such as:

  • Professional qualifications
  • Relevant work experience
  • Training
  • Skills
  • Language ability where required for the role
  • Suitability for specified job requirements

Candidates must not provide false certificates or misleading employment records.

Screening does not guarantee employer selection or employment.

7. Employment Offers and Contracts

Employers are responsible for issuing genuine employment offers and complying with the employment laws applicable to the work.

Candidates should receive clear information about relevant employment terms before accepting an offer.

Such information should include, where applicable:

  • Job title and duties
  • Employer identity
  • Employment location
  • Salary and payment arrangements
  • Working hours
  • Contract duration
  • Relevant employment conditions

Candidates should review and understand employment documents before signing.

8. Work Permits and Immigration

EuroHire Bridge does not issue visas, residence permits or work permits.

These decisions are made by the competent authorities of the relevant country.

Where applicable, recruitment-related coordination may involve employers and appropriately authorized professional partners.

We do not guarantee approval of immigration applications.

Candidates should verify official immigration requirements through relevant government sources.

9. Protection of Candidate Documents

Candidates should retain control over their original identity documents.

EuroHire Bridge does not require candidates to surrender original passports as a condition of registration or job placement.

Where documents are legitimately needed for a recruitment process, the purpose and handling arrangements should be clearly explained.

10. Transparency and Communication

We aim to provide accurate information about recruitment stages and communicate material updates where reasonably possible.

Candidates should be informed about relevant next steps when they are considered for an active opportunity.

We do not knowingly promote fictitious vacancies or guaranteed immigration outcomes.

11. Recruitment Partners

Where recruitment partners are involved, we aim to establish appropriate arrangements concerning their responsibilities, business legitimacy, candidate treatment and compliance with applicable laws.

We do not authorize partners to make misleading recruitment promises or demand prohibited recruitment fees.

12. Complaints and Concerns

Candidates and employers may report concerns about recruitment practices, misleading representations, unauthorized payment requests or inappropriate conduct.

Please contact:

choton@eurohirebridge.com

Include a description of the concern and any relevant information.

We will review complaints and take appropriate action where necessary.

Individuals may also contact relevant authorities where appropriate.

13. No Employment Guarantee

Registration, screening, shortlisting or communication with EuroHire Bridge does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Employer selection
  • A specific salary
  • A visa
  • A work permit
  • A residence permit

Candidates should not resign from existing employment or make travel arrangements solely on the basis of preliminary recruitment communications.

Employment and travel arrangements should proceed only after the necessary documents and approvals have been obtained and independently verified.

14. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in recruitment procedures, applicable laws or business operations.

The current version will be available on our website.
